I bought this product because I wanted an extra bust of energy since I have already had weight loss and exercise, but it is not the miracle work described in other reviews that I read. I think it’s a healthy product, but if you do not have the determination to make your life just a positive difference, so what I say tryng to change that yes, I’m still losing weight and maybe this product has me helped to do, but not only count if you want to lose weight. As I said it is a healthy product, because it has a lot of anti-oxidant, but it is not a magic formula. One point in favor of this combo is that again it really works or not, this is the first time after so many years of tryng not that I really am losing weight (22 pounds in a little more than one months) for good and feeling more energy. I would raccomand to everibody there that bust of an additional energy / motivation needed, but you must work hard together to take this product. Rating: 4 / 5

I waited 3 weeks to write this since i dont like when people try something for one weeks or less and say whether or not it certainly works. So I started this 3 weeks ago. I followed the instructions exactly. I took 1 of each in the morning, afternoon, and the final colon cleaning cap in the evening, all with a full bottle of water. This was the hardest part is that I hate water. After the first dose, I have a headache and felt a lil light in the head for a while, but it could have been not eating. Then I definitely stomch something on my first case in the caps. I have no problems. The first week I started an exercise and eating a small breakfast every day, i dont usually eat much in one days. I drank an insane amount of water, ate 3 meals a day and maybe a cup of yogurt or fruit in between, not healthy, but not exactly either greasy, i. e. No hamburgers, fries and a shake. But I didn’t go out of my way to a diet, except with drinking water. You should drink plenty of water when trying to lose weight I’ve learned. On the caps, I lost 4 lbs Week 1. Yea! Next week I began to exercise on the treadmill 45 minutes a day for 3 days along with eating better. I lost 2. 5 lbs. Yea! I expect to lose less this week. Wk 3, I lost 1. 5 lbs. I lost the most this week probably because my food was worse than the other 2. Instead of one days to “Duration” and eat what I want. I had about 3 days of eating 1.2 meals that I should not have. So this was my fault and I’m still happy with the results, because I was afraid I had not lost anything or would have acquired one pounds or 3. Im not sure that the colon is clean for me as it should. The first week seemed to do something, but lately I know I wouldnt with them, if I wasn’t taking them. This is the reason why I rated 3 instead of 4. They are very mild, so that product, I think it certainly will be based on the individual. People who “go” everyday can hope that eventually a very irregular people like me can feel like its just an extra boost of fiber and very mild. SO. . . All in all, I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks with moderate exercise, a relapse diet and water. I think it works. Your results may be better or worse, but make sure you are not looking for a panacea, it is not quite. You have to help yourself and follow the instructions for the capsules. Good luck. Will try to work in a few weeks. Side Note: Shipping took long time to get there. I’m used to Amazon direct shipping IMMED things, so I was disappointed with that. I cannot remember where it came from, but I live in GA and think it should have been there before. I was charged before item sent where exactly I dont care, but the item has shipped later that day. I followed the instructions, and just the right size for my cut down to 1,200 calories per day. No change in energy level – my metabolism is warming at a better cup of tea Spice Market! I buy on the internet a long time and have learned that when I was a good seller, then the products are also good.
