Im a guy who’s risen to 240 pounds, 42 inch waist and back down to 185 pounds, 32inch waist. My secret? Dieting Dieting Dieting, No surcharges, no pigging on craving for 8 months and I was er.Met the supplement / diet pill, this is what you always do. No pill can ever replace a diet. The question here is, what are you willing to risk to shake off those pounds? I think if less than 40 pounds overweight you are not near any form of a pill. People complain about stubborn fat and I think it has more to do with persistent habits of wandering off your diet plan than any other ding.Nu the question comes to this diet pill, Alli. I did not use and I will not touch anything that I am not sure about (these pounds I’ve gained in the summer BBQ’s:)). Most of you may not know, but it was available as Xenical for years. Orlistat (Alli drug) is a petition by the Public Citizens to be prohibited because of adverse effects on Colon. Alli also has some very real risks (in addition to Colon, you need multi-vitamins to regain vitamins not absorbed because Alli). My question to everyone is blindly following Alli, and you would lose 15 pounds and risk of developing cancer in later years or would you just beef your practice and your calorie intake reduction? So why is it FDA approved? Mostly greed. Is obesity a disease? True. Wont FDA approval for an ailment? True. But it should remain prescription only for people from abuse. I consider obesity a disease when you need medical help to remove the pounds, not when you can get on a treadmill, reduce your diet and still shed hen.Bottom line, go to consumer search. com or WebMD. com for objective advice about Alli and make your call, but remember if you do not see any side effects now, does not mean you can later its development, there are known risks with the drug. I had about this product to be used until a colleague of my sister told me otherwise. She told me you eat something fatty acids are going to show. . . think it works. but if you think you fart, you actually Shit from the fat you just ate! im never going near this stuff! im just going to practice and continue drinking Rockstar Juiced B4 workouts, lost 33 pounds just by doing.
