I’ve noticed that my hair grows faster since I converted to liquid supplements. I am convinced that we simply can not process all those pills. I use it for about 3 months now. Ok taste, I do not gag anyway. Only frustration is that you can not really get any products from the bottle, which is always due to the flip thing. Sqeezing the liquid up not just empty the bottle.
