The human body as we know it can not produce vitamins. So in order to pay vitamins on our bodies, have them in our diet or man-made food. They are best taken with food to be taken as they could be included without. There are two types of vitamins, fat soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins are the food you intake stored in adipose tissue and liver until they are taken out until the body needs them. Examples are vitamins A, D, E and K. While the water-soluble vitamins are being regularly replaced as they are not stored in the body, such as fat-soluble, alternatively they travel directly to your bloodstream and be unnecessary urinated. Examples of water soluble vitamins are C and B (B1, B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin). Here are the various Food Vitamins, their uses and some examples of food sources: Vitamin A – this helps in cell reproduction, immunity and fuels is required for configuration of some hormones. It also improves the vision and support to maintain healthy skin. Food Sources: Papaya, Mango, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin, tuna, eggs etc. * Vitamin B1 – is essential in the production of energy. It helps to convert carbohydrates into energy. Does the role of the nervous system, heart and muscles. Food Sources: pineapple, grapes, corn, potatoes, beef, tuna, Cow and soy milk. Vitamin B2 – for the body growth and red blood cell production. Also helps convert carbohydrates into energy. Food Sources: banana, lychee, Lima beans, asparagus, lamb, pork and dark meat chicken. Vitamin B3 – Helps the performance of the skin, nerves, and digestive system. Food Sources: Avocado, Peach, Logan Berries, okra, mushrooms, sweet potato, chicken, Turkey Bacon and Hamburger. Vitamin B5 – good cholesterol, are vital for metabolism and hormone production. Food sources are watermelon, Star Fruit, gooseberries, parsnip, pumpkin, caviar, yogurt, roasted duck. Vitamin B6 – is vital for the production of antibodies in the immune system. Necessary for the chemical reaction of the protein intake. The more protein, more vitamin B6 is needed. Food sources: pomegranate, passion fruit, green pepper, spirulina, pak choi, sausage, herring, catfish. Vitamin B9 – helps in the production of DNA cells, the brain and the maintenance of vital importance for spinal fluid. Food sources: blackberries, raspberries, artichoke, cabbage, cheddar cheese, yoghurt, Beef Jerky. Vitamin B12 – the same as other B vitamins. Helps metabolism, red blood cell production, and conservation of the central nervous system. Food Sources: Beef, fish, poultry and dairy products. * Vitamin C – an antioxidant, protects body tissues from oxidation. Food sources: kiwi, kale, Baars, soya beans. Vitamin D – the sunshine vitamin. Supports merging of calcium and magnesium. Food sources: Cream cheese, milk, anchovies, hot dogs. * Vitamin E – the same role as vitamin C. It also helps to repair minor wounds, soothes broken / stressed tissue and minimizes the appearance age. Food sources: Boysenberries, chard, sardines. Vitamin K – a fat-soluble vital role in blood clotting. Food Sources: Pear, Spinach, lamb, beef. It is important to keep track of what you eat and you know what is important to consume a healthy and long life to survive.
