The primary goal is to remortgage to reduce your interest rate and monthly mortgage payments. 4. Renegotiation – everything in life is negotiable, even the guilt! Only one thing make more than one lender is not making profit and that is bad debt i. e. not been able to collect the capital amount borrowed (or even interest). So, you can negotiate the interest rate, payment, fees, fines, etc. Never one to demand payment at face value. Demand and negotiate. Be wary of debt consolidation and secured personal loans.
