Aerobic fitness: This is also known as cardio or endurance activity. It makes you breathe faster and deeper, reducing the amount of oxygen in your blood to maximize. The better your condition, the more efficient your heart, lungs and blood vessels transport oxygen throughout your body. Muscular fitness: muscular fitness help you increase bone strength and muscular fitness. It can also help maintain muscle tissue during a weight-loss program. Stretching: Stretching improves the mobility of your joints and promotes a better posture. Regular stretching also helps relieve stress. Before you do this, first warm up your body by walking or doing a favorite exercise at low intensity for five to ten minutes. Core stability: The exercise used the trunk of your body without any support, including abdominal crunches. You can also try the various core exercises with a fitness ball. Balance: This exercise can help maintain and improve balance. It can improve your stability. Try to stand on one leg to improve your balance. P90X workout consists of 12 DVDs. With them, you work your upper body, lower body, you get cardio, plyometrics (jumping), stretching, ab ripper, and yoga.
