My 10 year old daughter has experienced a number of situational anxiety. She and I started this workbook together to help her feel more relaxed and in control. In the beginning she was very skeptical, but we started using the Relaxation Guided Imagery activities. Within a few nights, she was no longer experiencing the anxiety attacks that keep her from falling asleep. She now asks for the activities before bed and we started to make them as a family. I highly recommend this book. It is easy to use and highly effective. Rating: 5 / 5
