    While I LOVE the book, the product took FOREVER to ship! It took the maximum amount of time they said it could. I think in total it took 4 weeks finally arrives. I find this ridiculous and would have ordered another book seller had I known it would take so long to arrive! Rating: 3 / 5

    Even a “raw” food book. There is no scientific evidence that a “raw” food diet is better than a plant based mainly cooked voeding.Enkele good points about the book: – A number of good recipes, especially dips, smoothies and snacks-good section on different types of cereal and why we should eat, good writeup on various types of superfoods Bad points: – An excessive amount of calls his “producten’ Recommendation to use coconut oil, coconut oil is still very controversial.
