Optimum Nutrition 100% egg protein in the vanilla pudding is the best flavor and texture best way to consume 24 grams of protein, along with the milk has 32 grams of protein power. I would be mixed in the blender with four ice cubes, milk, and about two tablespoons honey. Wowie, Zowie, yum! I was a vegetarian 25 years ago, and I’ve tried many products my protein levels up to par to get. Years ago I had a similar egg protein powder and it was the best of all. To them I mixed with water, ice cubes and honey, and it tasted great. So lactose-intolerant people have other ways to make their drink taste great. There are 29 servings per container two pounds, so that means about $ 1. 12 per serving this great Amazon price (including shipping). About three months ago, I went to my local GNC store and bought the same item for $ 44. 99 plus tax 3. 15 = $ 48. 14, or $ 1. 66 per serving. Again, great taste and texture, no after taste or chemical taste. It actually tastes better than my favorite vanilla malt from Dairy Queen, or Zesto. Egg proteins are presented in the supermarket was so ordinary, but whey has already taken, but on the whole protein market. I will not go into the “biological value” or the profile of the protein or time value, but egg is better. This stuff tastes very good to have especially for a straight protein mix. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is a fish milkshake (old SNL reference) and 10 for a Dairy Queen Snickers Blizzard. . . I give it a solid 6. . . Maybe 7. Rating: 4 / 5

Well I’ve been influenced by the hype and advertising so I bought this product.PROSEi protein has a high nutritional profile, so Whey and assimilates that is slower than a benefit during sleep at nachts.CONSTaste – the worst tasting protein powder I have ever encountered in over 11 years of using protein supplements. It tastes very chemical. The sweetener and flavor they use is awful. Its so bad the only way I could drink was by doing the following: 1. squeezing my nose (otherwise the taste would want to give me) 2. casting in my throat with my free hand.3. Immediately rinse my mouth with water to get rid of the nasmaak4. Sucking on a mint to get rid of the rest of the smaakNa use about 5 I could not bear the thought of drinking more of it all and threw weg.Customer Service – Several e-mails to Optimum Nutrition about this product and the bad taste remained unanswered. So their “customer” is a grap.Op a scale of 1-10 (1 being the worst) I give this product a nul.Hoe Optimum Nutrition so totally ruin the taste safest in the world (Vanilla)? Does their product development guys actually taste the stuff? I am sure that even roadkill has a better taste. . . . . CONCLUSION course has a great nutritional profile, but so are any other egg protein powder out there and some are nice and easy down. Even the no-name generic shop I used egg whites are much better than dit.Er are many good, tasty and easy to drink protein powders (whey, hemp, rice, egg), why would anyone buy Optimum’s Egg protein raadsel.Waardering me: 1 / 5
