I bought this product with considerable experience with Clif Bar brand, with an almost obscene amount (lol) by Clif Bar energy bars eaten over the years. I was looking for a sports drink mix that are naturally based and without all of the major sweeteners such as Gatorade, Powerade, etc., but without the high cost of bottled alternatives such as Vitamin Water, Life Water, etc. I was not disappointed with the Clif Shot, although I wish Amazon carried more than just the taste Lemonade via their website. All other objects they show are just too expensive for this stuff. The only downside I can see the mix itself is not immediately dissolve in water, and you have to sit for about 15 minutes before you stop seeing floating clusters of the stuff hanging in the liquid. But the taste is good and a really good job at quenching your thirst after a workout or bike ride, etc. I want to take it with me in my water bottle on rides and walks. I am a true believer in the line of Clif sports / running products. I started out in the winter of 2008 with the New York Road Runners and my way to work two half marathons. Every time I walk any distance, I always some Clif Clif Shot Electrolyte Replacement Drink and me. The difference between running with and without day and night. Can not recommend enough. Just ordered their post-running muscle drinking. I will wait and see, but expect nothing but continued excellence! Rating: 5 / 5
