For years I rode my bike just drinking water. I did not know why it was difficult to finish my rides because I was not hydrating properly and lose valuable electrolytes. Since I started with the Clif Shot Electrolyte powder my rides are a breeze and I stay hydrated and energetic. I love the larger containers on the packages because I can mix my drink to my taste preference, but it’s nice to wear when individual packages on a long ride, so I can fill.
