I was looking for a recovery drink that much no synthetic ingredients. This is 75% organic. Tastes great but is fast. For my weight (215 pounds), three huge balls with 24oz water. Working five days a week (2. £ 13 pot) takes me just less than two weeks. Tastes great, and I feel better after training. GREAT! Rating: 4 / 5

I began with Clif Recovery approximately one years ago. I prefer the Mango – the Orange Vanilla. The results are amazing! When I return hours or one days of exercise, I drink a recovery drink and my body seems to really appreciate it! The next day I’m good to go! I like the larger container for mixing the quantity I need, but have the individual packages on the trail while backpacking use. I think the 95% organic. I wish I could get this into a vegan version instead of whey protein is, that is why I gave it 4 stars. I also think the terrible sweet and sugar can be softened a bit. Rating: 4 / 5

The French Vanilla flavor option is my personal favorite. It has a clear vanilla flavor is very mild and easily mixed with water for use after running, riding, training, etc. I am not the “chemical taste” often present in other vanilla flavor endurance or recovery drinks / gels / supplements. I’ve tried both the mango and orange flavors, and I must say, I am very impressed with how good this tastes! I did P90X for 7 weeks now and I can say with certainty that this stuff works. The first week of the program I was not taking a recovery drink – and I paid for. What a difference my recovery now that I had with it after my workout. It is certainly no harm that they taste so good! Rating: 5 / 5

Great taste without a strange aftertaste. It will not taste like a fruit drink, but certainly doesn’t give too much of a taste when you thirty for it in the middle of a workout. I have also accel rade lemon. I switch between the two, so I do not get bored with the taste (deminishing return). I suggest mixing it in a bottle and stored in a refrigerator for 1 hours to let it completely dissolve. Rating: 4 / 5
