This is one of the most interesting books I’ve read about alcohol abuse – it really gives a different problem to drink and how to fix it. It is the first book I’ve found that discusses how different approaches have dealt with alcohol abuse alternative medicine for centuries – long before AA kwam.Homeopathische, Chinese and Ayurvedic and western herbs are covered – explaining how each of these systems views alcohol abuse, how it develops and the best ways to treat. Another important theme of the book is balanced. If one’s life is a balance of physical, mental and spiritual components, the less need there is for alcohol. Truly a fascinating read and useful to me persoonlijk.Rating: 5 / 5

I’m so happy I found this book at amazon. It is the only book that tells how I hebvastgesteld other alternative medicines and other cultures view alcohol abuse and how to treat. I was thinking about getting vanrecept medication to cut the desire to drink but after reading dezeIk do not have to do. There are many herbs to do in the natural food store. I have read other books Cornett’s, 7 weeks to Safe Social Drinking: How to effectively moderate your alcohol consumption, and it always concerns me is the interesting dingen.Voor vitamin and supplement section was the best. It talks about dingenu can buy over the counter to cut demand. The Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda parts were very interesting ook.Ik realize this is only one problem drinking. But if you start with these suggestions in the book, along with her program in her other book improving your drinking habits you can cut consumption and craving without prescription. Rating: 5 / 5

I’m a drinker who has struggled with drink and off for years and I am ecstatic someone has finally written a more organic approach to problem drinking. This book gave me a different perspective. I was particularly interested in how the Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine and treat drinkers the term “balanced” my life is less important as drink and I drink minder.Dit book opened my mind to. I do not think those written on alternative medicine to address alcohol abuse, because the disease concept and AA are so deeply rooted in the U.S.. Rating: 5 / 5
