I have a very stressful job and a co-worker recommended Calms for me. I take it as a sleep aid, but I've found Calms Forte to be a great help to remove those anxious, stressed out, feeling overwhelmed and make it possible to just stay focused and get the job done without freaking out about it. I have noticed no side effects or weird feelings, only that I feel more centered and have more of a sense of order and even a sense of humor about things, even in the midst of the relative Platypus.
