I found the book easy to read and understand. Very practical with some proven results. The only question I have is what the authors refer to homeopathy or Cell Salts. Usually these books are written by people who have qualifications and practical experience in the subject. The information on the authors there is no mention on any of the above. Both authors are writers / journalist and there is no mention of how they came to the information and what credentials / experience they have to write about the topic of Cell Sats / Homeopathy and recommend the remedy. But if the above course the book is very good and easy to follow. Rating: 5 / 5
