For months I tried to educate my daughter about 8 years old the food they eat and to explain why some foods are healthier than others. She was annoyed by my limitations more than interested in my motives. I decided to go online to find a book that could make the subject fun and relevant. After an exhaustive search for something appropriate to the age, I came to this book and bought het.Nou, they definitely keep it. The layout and progression of the content is perfect for her age group and the colors and graphics hold her interest. She told me she “loves” the book and was eager to read every night. And it is the preservation of information. I found her reading the nutrition label on a cereal box this morning and tonight, without a word from me, they decided to only have one cookie instead of twee.Ik recommend this book for all parents who hope the value of property food to their children. Although the reading level is listed as age 4-8, I think this book is best for the 2nd through 5th graders. Rating: 5 / 5
