  1. The Writer in Me Says:

The book is excellent for having colorful detailed pictures of 619 different types of exercise movements by weight or strength. My only problem with the book is that the version of the Women’s nearly identical to the version of the men. I bought two, one for me and the other for my husband, thought it would offer something different, because the body of a woman is different than a man does not lose weight or build muscles equally. I was sadly disappointed. Buying them is a waste of money. The information is exactly the same as the exercises, is also the exact amount of pages in each section boek.Het diet plan was too short and did not in sufficient detail. The cardio section was bleak at best. Some of the nutritional information is questionable, such as High Fructose Corn Syrup is nutritionally similar to sugar, which is a nonsense. Search HFCs and discover how they manufacture it. Each synthetic foods should be limited, but natural is better thanks man, and if the book is both should be limited. But it is not said one of the HCFS adverse effects on your liver and how it works harder trying to process HFCs. My theory, if God do not grow it, not eten.Wat I liked was the exercises, I like how the departments were divided and how it went into detail describing the muscles are working for that section and why it is important for that particular muscle group work. It is very easy to navigate and has exercises to perform for the home or the sportschool.Ik think the price is too high for what they deliver, but if you find it cheaper than the listed sale price 24. 99 plus shipping which is almost $ 4, I say go for it. But it is certainly not worth 28. 00.Ik will send The Women’s Big Book of back exercises and keeping the Men’s Big Book for my husband Rating: 2 / 5

  2. Gil Adamowski Says:

This book has great examples of the exercises. In the back of the book are all the different workouts. I choose to Become a Spartan one and found that a large group training. Enjoy Rating: 5 / 5

  3. Michael Moore Says:

I ordered this book until the end of my personal trainer sessions and go to the gym on my own. I found this book because the pictures and details about the proper form and step by step instructions on how to voeren.Nu exercises I’ve received the book, I have found exactly what I expected. Not only are there some 600 exercises, they organized the training exercises that you can follow based on your goals. I think that about 15 workouts. I am one weeks into my first program and it goes well. The program is well structured and had a good balance between the three days of the training.I highly recommend the book. I even bought the book by women for my wife. Rating: 5 / 5

  4. S. Todd Says:

This book is a great value compared with a personal trainer. It has many variations of the same movements with the increasing difficulty of your new and challenging exercises to keep. It outlined several courses to you where you want to be. The nutrition info is far from what I’ve heard for years: ranging from full-fat cheese for red meat. The book has a great job explaining the theory and the real world data to support their food selections. The key to this book is to work and let all your excuses for not wanting to work at the door. You can download the book, but if you let kids / wife / work / etc you stop – your six pack will never be seen again! There are several workouts that are perfect for a crowded gym, a short time, or have no weights available. Good luck and enjoy. – Cheers, Deuce. Rating: 5 / 5

  5. Ronnie Smith Says:

I recently bought a pair of dumbbells and an adjustable weight bench. I bought a few other devices, such as pull up bar, swiss ball and wanted to know where and how to begin. This book meets my requirements exactly. It clearly explains the different exercises for different muscles, the most recent information from the study shows all exercises and their variations (sometimes more than 8-10) with a very clear and very high quality pictures. Even though these exercises in groups different workouts designed by skilled professionals with specific goals, such as address fat loss, bodybuilding, sport and athlete training, enz.Het speaks about the latest cardio workouts such as HIIT, finishing strength training with short but killer cardio workout. This book does not assume you have access to a gym or equipment. Most of the exercises shown are designed to be used with free weights (dumbbells, barbells). number of variations questions Bosu ball, cable row, etc., but are fully optioneel.Actuele nutritional information is also mentioned. Some of the training that I’ve seen so far are also associated with a food plan.Al in all a great book for everyone working at home or even a gym. I’m sure people from working for a long time can one hope to get good advice from this book. Rating: 5 / 5
