I love the Pilates magic circle – it is great for toning and strength building, and it also helps with controlled movements. The video is a bit outdated, but it is a very useful guide to the various Pilates moves you can do in the ring for stand-alone, reformer and mat exercises. It introduced a couple moves that I had not seen the magic circle. Rating: 5 / 5

I’ve tried to like this product, as I am interested in Pilates.Toch was hard for me to use, especially between the knees and thighs company. It hurts me to squeeze and bruises. I found a 25 mm ball is a better choice. Rating: 2 / 5

I’ve ordered and tried so many different types of exercise AIDS, and this is one that works! I saw a difference within 3 weeks x 3 weekly use (generally, sometimes only 2 x per week). And within 3 months my body was completely toned. This special Magic Circle is very well made and the training schedule is rapid, with a full body workout in 25 minutes. That is something you can fit into a busy schedule. Some of the exercises I had to do to build, others were not so difficult. While the leader shows a few Pilates exercises on a machine I do the exercises on the floor. And I also do exercises during the deployment, while the leader is speaking, what I left myself some places to focus. It is easy to use and you get results! Definitely worth the money and effort to use it. You’ll be amazed! Rating: 5 / 5
