I am very happy with my Power Wheel II. I got my order quickly and installation is simple. The exercise chart plus instructional DVD is like a personal trainer to break every move and what / why muscle groups are targeted. The Power Wheel II hits your core directly as a laser. I felt burning 12 seconds into the first exercise. I let my brother try and found it so much I gave him back home. I’m going a different order. I definitely recommend the Power Wheel II. The large, sturdy and a great addition to your core workout routine. The foot pads add more movement. Very happy with this purchase. Rating: 5 / 5

After I the YouTube videos of people saw this, I had to try. I’m not the next Mr. Olympia, but I am not some slouch. Man-o-man, it works. I wish I was there when the creator of this object thought: “hmm, what would happen if I tape my feet ab wheel?” Of course he or she must ensure that the wheel was a real monster. Pity the screws were not made as sturdy. My favorite exercise is simply strap the thing on my feet and I pull around the house, garage, or block with my arms in plank position. It is sad that the best ab-torture move is one you want to run on a standard ab wheel. Were it not for the price (60 + dollars for an ab wheel?!) I would have given a 5. Rating: 4 / 5

Great product and decent price. I use it on a regular basis. Easy to assemble and pretty solid. Great for abs and upper body workout. Rating: 5 / 5
