First, it was ridiculously fast. I ordered after lunch on Weds, and they were on my doorstep Fri morning before 8am. Verbazend.Ten half I am very pleased with the tires. The grip is comfortable (even when I’m sweaty), and the tires do not rip the hair off my arms as they rub against me. I am a fairly strong person, and I may use some of the lightest off, more of the following, and many of the strongest in 3rd. I had enough left to go when I sterker.Ook I read some reviews on cheaper bands tended to break at the handle. These have been through a lot of stress in the last week during my P90X workouts, and they have not compromised komen.De door hook is great too, as I used to replace the chin-up bar in my videos. This was a big part in six bands of varying resistance. They work great and the handles are good. I want to switch between them quickly. My only suggestion is that the links should be labeled for the different levels of strength (I ended up writing 1,2,3, etc. to handle the tires so I could decide what to use). I’ve tried a couple of resistance bands sold on the local box stores. These are better made, and a much better buy! With the many different sizes you will definitely not run out of options. I started with the green, and have moved to the red tape so far. That leaves me two more, and the thick gray looks like one will be a killer! My wife is still on the first tape, so there is something for everyone. How to use videos they can all be found on you tube, you do not buy a DVD. I found a good program online and I can already feel the difference. Quality construction, and the door hook thingy works great. Thank you! Rating: 5 / 5

These resistance bands are great for the price! I do not think you are able to stand for 6 bands find this price anywhere. There is no DVD, but I have resistance bands used for so I’m totally okay with that. Also is there sufficient resources on the Internet for various exercises to find whether there are other resistance band dvds available. The white cord is very strong and works great for bicep curls. If you are looking for as close to the quantity, quality and afforability this is the package you need. Excellent value! Rating: 5 / 5
