These small twister is really the goal. Sooo nice! I get to turn the TV and turn away. With weights in hand bend the knees before you know you work in the sweat. I must say one of the disadvantages you a size 10 or 11 shoe, a little higher for a larger foot wear. Nice way to start moving to get some cheap prize money of $ 11. Rating: 5 / 5

Not the most useful piece of fitness equipment I own, but probably the least expensive. Worth? Probably, if you use it. It is a bit boring and I’m good time. There is not much to amuse me. I have not given though.Dit product seems well made and easy to use. The design is good and works well. Exercise is better than not moving until you’re not careful you fall as a klutz (or lack of balance) as I do. For someone who is in any case, it is possible to get the thing going and The Kinks with. I will probably make slow, yoga-like movements, not Chubby Checker-style twist. :) More important for a person who never exercises and would otherwise be on the bench, I can see this in the service of an important goal, if performed on a regular schedule and not just shoved in a drawer. In other words, it is possible “to work” as reasons. A heavier person probably has the larger version made by another manufacturer. In fact, the reason I am interested because I was about 5 seconds of a participant using the larger version on a show called “Dance Off Your _ saw!” If you get off the couch, would you do different types of exercises, so it could be the answer for some, another piece of junk in the junk drawer for anderen.Voor me, so I bought it when I really just want to curl up on the couch and watch a favorite TV show, like “The Biggest Loser” (I’m 20 lbs. Obesity today) instead of lazy and feel guilty about being lazy, I can watch them work and feel that I’m working a sweat and increase my range of motion also. I call it “movement” instead of actual exercise, but movement is good. Many of us have to ‘move’ meer.Ik bought 2 of these small ‘big 6′ spin plates and more, because I obsess about exercise equipment and wanted to vergelijken.Mijn balance is still bad, so I must caution, especially in the big one, but actually the little kids are ook.De so easy to just pick-up (with one hand) and throw in a drawer or cabinet, or under a chair or bed. This is a great advantage. I am more of a variety and range of motion either on the use of a large or 2 small. I can sort of lunge-twist with 2 small. The big one I seem to be more of a twist to get, and it is solid and heavy, almost like a real piece of fitness equipment . It is still light enough to slide around and in a closet or under a bed. You get a little exercise benefit of picking that thing up. It is certainly not as light-weight and Everlast. The bigger one costs more, so if The cost is a major problem, start with the little one and see if you would use or would you just throw in a drawer before ordering a larger one. If you like the smaller, I think you really like the larger model . Rating: 3 / 5

I repeat what so many other people have said – just 10 cm in diameter, it is difficult for someone with big feet to position themselves on the board. Even if you, keeping your feet close together is a balance problem. I use it alongside a high chair, so I can grab one if needed. I tried one other reviewer suggested that two at a time and that helps, although a good coordination and balance neemt.Ik was worried about breaking it when I heard a “cracking” sound when I was on it (I’m about £ 215!). But it seems in order apparently was stronger than it seems. I could find no mention of a safe weight beperken.By the way, ignoring “One year guarantee” function – the company charges $ 7. 50 service fee to return the board of directors as it breaks. Given it sells for slightly more than that, the guarantee is a grap.Natuurlijk I have to wonder whether I really – why not just needed a Chubby Checker record playing in the background and the ‘twist to it. “The motion was not really require any extra equipment. Sometimes I think I buy exercise equipment in the hope that only the owner will be enough. Well, in any case, not as much space as my trainer! Rating: 4 / 5

I think the twist plate is big. I am a group fitness instructor, I use the twist plate with a weighted ball and the results are great. Rating: 5 / 5

This little mind makes it easy to practice, while I watch TV. I now spend at least one program. It’s not all I need, but it is a begin.Het is easy to hit. Rating: 4 / 5
